Clueless in Rutland

On Sat Aug 28th, I ran for two hours on the streets of Rutland without looking at my watch very much and realized that time does fly.

Kenya Run For Love

I am currently supporting the projects of Larry and Francine Carruthers and the Mali Saba Orpahanage in Kitale, Kenya. A team of us, including myself and daughter, Susanna, will be going to Kenya in Jan 2010. As a fundraiser I am attempting to run as many different streets of Kelowna as I can.
